Sealing & Staining
Sealing and staining is a great way to increase the curb appeal of your property and most importantly protect the exterior surfaces of your property.
- Concrete sealing:
- - We always recommend sealing your concrete as soon as possible. The best case scenario would be to seal it as soon as the house is done being built to protect it from stains and deterioration. If that opportunity has passed then it’s still ideal to seal it immediately. “Pitting”, cracks, erosion, deterioration, and stains are inevitable. Putting a high quality commercial grade sealer on your concrete is always a smart decision and will keep your property looking great for years to come!
- Deck or fence staining:
- - Staining your deck or fence is very important. Wood is absorbent and anything that holds water will accumulate algae and fungus over time and will drastically shorten the life of the deck or fence. Staining not only looks great but will save you money in the long run. Tearing down and replacing a deck or fence is insanely expensive and we want to prevent you from having to do that.
